Submitting your information is equivalent to providing us permission to store that information for the purpose of your entry into the art show. The information you provide will not be used for any other purpose or provided to a third party according to our privacy policy.
Artworks Delivery
To Community Church, Yarra St, Warrandyte on Friday 17th March 2023 only between hours of 8.30 am and 12.00 noon
Unsold Works Collection
On Sunday 19th March 2023 only between the hours of 4.30pm and 5.30pm.
Conditions of Entry
Each exhibitor may enter a maximum of four (4) works. Entries must be the original, uncopied, unaided work of the entrant and paintings must be framed with fittings for hanging. NOTE: No Photos, Computer generated, or Ceramic works accepted.
Entries and payment must be received by 1st March 2023 and can be sent either electronically filling an online entry form or by mailing a printed form to Rotary Club of Warrandyte Donvale, PO Box 31, Doncaster East 3109. *You must have an active internet connection to be able to submit the form using the submit button on the last page.
A fee of $10 (works under 1 square m) or $20 (any work over 1 sq. m.) is payable for each entry and must be received by close of entries, 1st March 2023. Fees can be direct credited to Rotary Club of Warrandyte Donvale BSB 633 000, Account No 140 301 789 OR by cheque payable to Rotary Club of Warrandyte Donvale, posted to PO Box 31, Doncaster East 3109.
Each exhibit must be clearly marked on the back with the name and address of the artist, the title of the work and the selling price in dollars, inclusive of GST where applicable and include 25% commission fee.
A commission of 25% will be charged on each work sold. All sales are final once the painting is handed over to the purchaser on Sunday 19th March 2023 and are made in good faith by the Rotary Club of Warrandyte Donvale to the artists’ instructions.
Entries must be delivered free of all charges. The organisers reserve the right not to exhibit any entry submitted. All entries will be viewed by the judges & must be available for sale.
Changes made after submitting an entry form may be exhibited at the discretion of the organisers and may not be entered in the catalogue.
The organisers reserve the right to allow any work entered to be reproduced by newspaper, internet communications or television solely for the purpose of publicising the exhibition and/or competition.
Prizes will be awarded for the best artwork entered in any medium by the appointed judge.

Best in Show – $2,000
Best Oil or Acrylic - $1,000
Best Work on Paper - $1000
Five (5) Highly commended prizes of $100 each
People’s Choice Award - $250
Best Small Art Prize - $500. (Small Art to be no bigger than 32cm x 32cm inclusive of frame).
All prizes are non-acquisitive, and the decision of the judge will be final.
Exhibits will be insured and will be under 24-hour security surveillance for the period for which they are under the control of the organisers. Whilst the organisers will take every precaution to safeguard and protect the paintings, they cannot be held responsible for any loss howsoever occasioned.
Entries are to be delivered to the Community Church, Yarra Street Warrandyte on Friday 17th March 2023 between the hours of 8.30am and 12.00 noon. The organisers reserve the right to exclude late entries after 12 noon at their discretion, and such fees will not be refundable. Parking for delivery of paintings will be available at both the front and rear of the church.
Unsold works may be collected from the Community Church, Yarra Street Warrandyte on Sunday 19th March 2023 between the hours of 4.30 and 5.30pm.
Proceeds of sale of exhibits will be either Direct Credited to your nominated bank account or mailed as a cheque to the address nominated no later than 28 days after close of the exhibition.
Each exhibitor shall be entitled to one (1) complimentary entry ticket to the official opening, with a copy of the catalogue. Cost of entry to the Official Opening for other guests will be $5, drinks at bar prices.
Important. Please notify The Rotary Club of Warrandyte Donvale if cancelling, changing or withdrawing any entry prior to the 1st March 2023 via email to [email protected]
Paintings will be judged after 2pm on Friday 17th March 2023.
